Hello! My name is Habiba Ilyas. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist who has been living in Lahore since 1991. My passion lies in exploring human subjectivity and understanding how our emotions and behaviours shape our relationships, influence our physical health, and direct the course of our lives. I have a particular interest in women’s mental health and the effects of migration on individuals.
My academic journey includes a Master's degree in Health Science (MS) and postgraduate degrees in Health Psychology (HC-FMUSP) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). To further enhance my expertise.
I currently practice as a psychologist and psychotherapist, offering both short-term and open-ended therapy sessions in Urdu, Punjabi and English. My services cater to adult individuals and are available in-person and online, with each session lasting 50 minutes.
